The POPELKA Bin Picking System

The KINALI POPELKA bin picking system takes care of unloading unsorted material from any crate or box. Just upload a 3D model of the product and the robot goes to work. To ensure a flawless result the robot only needs a 3D camera and artificial intelligence.  It only needs minimal assistance from the operator for initial set-up and work.

The universal bin picking system streamlines the material transfer from one production hub to another, unloading products on a belt or storing them in containers.

At JabloPCB, we used POPELKA to pick up printed circuit boards directly from KLT crates. The high reliability of our bin picking system enabled us to deploy it on the application of automated PCB testing, where the requirement for independence and test node reliability was quantified by a threshold value of 1500 ppm.
