Christmas at KINALI: Uniting for a Good Cause

When great people, a fantastic atmosphere, and a touch of Christmas magic come together, the result is an unforgettable evening. This year’s KINALI Christmas Party was once again held in the beautiful Monte Bu spaces and was absolutely spectacular! There was fun, delicious food, a performance by an Oriental dancer, helium balloons, a raffle, a poker tournament, and above all, a friendly mood that brought everyone into the holiday spirit. 

During the evening, we were reminded that Christmas is not only about celebrations but also about helping others. The KINALI team took the opportunity to support the Children's Oncology Foundation “Krtek.” Through voluntary party entry fees, raffle ticket sales, and  poker tournaments, we managed to collect a generous 10,000 CZK. KINALI then doubled this amount, enabling us to donate a total of 20,000 CZK to the foundation. 

The Children’s Oncology Foundation “Krtek” has long been helping children and their families cope with the challenging moments associated with cancer treatment. Martina Lukáčová, Chief People Officer at KINALI, personally handed over the funds during a meeting with the foundation’s management. “Great things can start with small acts. When we do them together, we can achieve more than we imagine. The magic of Christmas lies in giving. This year, we fully embraced that spirit. This moment meant a lot to me—not only because of the amount we donated but mainly because of the willingness and solidarity shown by all our colleagues and the entire KINALI team. Teamwork isn’t just about work—it’s also about coming together for a higher purpose. Thank you to everyone who contributed, supported us, and demonstrated that our company is not just about numbers, but about people,” she shared. 

The evening was not only a chance to celebrate a successful year, but also a reminder that our work and efforts have a deeper meaning. During the event, CEO Radek Štourač shown himself as a true heartwarming leader who not only declares KINALI’s values but also lives them. He acknowledged loyal employees and showed sincere interest in his colleagues, further strengthening the team spirit. Additionally, he treated his colleagues to excellent rum, creating a friendly and informal atmosphere. This leadership style clearly demonstrates that a company’s success depends on its people and the mutual respect between them. 

Thank you to all our colleagues for your participation, enthusiasm, and generosity. Together, we created an evening that not only ended the year in grand style but also helped those who truly needed it.
